How long does my order take to ship?

We try to get things shipped out as soon as possible! Depending on the order most packages will be arrive within 1-3 business days. They will be sent with USPS First Class, and a tracking number and shipping updates will be emailed to you.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Currently we do not offer international shipping, but as soon as we are able to, we will. Thank you for your patience and patronage!

What is your return policy? 

If you would like to return a product please contact us directly at botanica@rootedinherbs.com. Returns will be processed as either full refunds, partial refunds, store credit, or we will work with you and provide you with a more appropriate product for free!
